Having joined the Nice team in 2020, Alex has been crucial in developing and leading our B2B Shipping Department for almost four years. With his wealth of knowledge around Nice operations and processes, we've tapped him to provide an additional layer of client support through the [email protected] inbox.
Even though you might see him jump in with answers to questions or challenges that pop up, your Account Manager will continue to be dialed-in to your brand's communication and support.
